If you wish to view or extend the remaining subscription time on your trackers, visit our "Portal" platform.
Be careful to type in the email address of your account exactly as displayed in your profile in your Invoxia GPS App: do not add or remove a capital letter.
Once you are logged in, you are able to view all the trackers linked to your account and extend your subscriptions.
A few weeks before the end of a tracker's subscription, you will receive an email and a notification in your Invoxia GPS App, giving you the necessary information to extend the subscription of your trackers.
