When you place an order on Invoxia's website, please note that we will need a time-frame to proceed before shipping out your order. This time-frame can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekend, Holidays and summer vacations). In very rare case, this time-frame might be extended (temporary out of stock product, payment error, delivery information, etc) however please rest assure that you will notified by email and/or phone. You may also contact us directly by email. 


DHL : Delivery can take up to two (2) working days in France and five (5) working days for the rest of the world. Please note delays may occur (Holidays, bad weather, strikes, etc), Invoxia will not be held responsible for any events that may occur after the parcel leave the warehouse.

La Poste (French national post service) : Delivery can take between two (2) to seven (7) working days in France. Invoxia do not use La Poste for international shipping.

Other carriers: In very rare cases, Invoxia may use other carrier than the one stated above. In the case your order is shipped using another carrier, you will be notified by email and/or phone.
