This problem might occur if you already have an Invoxia user account (for example if you own a Triby). If you already have a user account, you must log in the mobile app using your credentials.
If you enter the wrong password and/or wrong email while trying to log in, you will get that error message:
If you don't remember your credentials, your must reset your password and email address by following the instructions below:
- Click on "Log in"
- Click on "I don't my know my password"
- A page will open on your device, enter the email address linked to your user account and then click on "Submit"
- You will receive a message on your email address allowing you to reset your password
- Click on the link received by email to reset your password
After you have reset your password you will be able to log in and pair the tracker with your smartphone.
