If you are encountering issues or if you want to send feedback, you can do it directly from the mobile app.
Please follow this step to step guide:
- Click on the setting icon on the top right side (red square)
- Click on "Bug report"
- Select the subject and type your message and then click on the arrow (yellow square)
- Wait while the message is being sent
- A message displayed on your smartphone will confirm your message has been sent
- You will receive a confirmation by email
Your message is now sent and will handled by the appropriate persons.
