All my calls are shown as "ANONYMOUS"

In order to show your caller ID (if the number is not in your smartphone adress book) or caller name (if the number is in your smartphone adress book), it is mandatory that the caller ID service is activated by your service provider. An easy way to test this is to use another landline phone, and see if you see the caller number while he's calling you ! 
Depending on your landline service provider policy, they may charge you or not caller ID presentation service.
