If your doodles don't show on Triby, please check the following:
- In the app, check the send receipt circle at the right bottom of the doodle.
A full or ticked circle or an emoji means your doodle has been displayed. A dotted circle means your doodle has been sent to our servers but failed to reach Triby.
- If you don't see any circle, this means the issue has something to do with the data on your smartphone
- If you see a dotted circle, it means the issue is related to Triby's WiFi connection.
- Check that Triby is on and connected to your WiFi. Soon after the Triby is able to connect to the Internet, the doodle will be displayed.
