If you are an Android user and would like to send us a log report through the app, please read this article.
If you are facing an unknown issue, our customer support team can ask you to send a "log report". This will make Triby send useful information about its current status to our servers and help us track the origin of your issue.
To send a log report:
- Go in the Settings tab of the app and select "Feedback"
- In "select feedback type"; choose "Bug"
- Then type a short description of your problem and click "Send".
If you are having trouble with the app or if it is unavailable or if requested by our customer support team, you have the option to send us log reports with Triby, however these type of log reports have less information and are less accurate than those sent by the app.
