Finding Internet radio stations outside of the default list or available only in another country (on Android)

This article is for Android users who want to find Internet radio stations not appearing in the default list or that are only available in another country. If you are an iOS user and want to search for other Internet radio stations please read this article.

By default, the app offers a (non-exhaustive) list of the most popular radio stations in your country. If you cannot find the one you want:

  • Click on the search icon (magnifying glass)

  • Use the search bar to find the desired radio station

  • Depending on the made search, the available radio stations will appear in the list below

  • Long press the chosen radio station; a new window will appear on your smartphone's screen in order for you to assign it to one of Triby's button

  • The chosen radio station will be assign to the second Triby's button (may differ upon your choice). An icon will appear on the radio (you may change this choice in the future if you want)

Finding Internet radio stations from other countries

You may also listen to Internet radio stations from other countries. You can also assign them to Triby's button.

  • Click on the search icon (magnifying glass)

  • Use the localization icon

  • Search and choose the wanted country

  • Long press the chosen radio station; a new window will appear on your smartphone's screen in order for you to assign it to one of Triby's button

  • The chosen radio station will be assign to Triby's list (may differ upon your choice). An icon will appear on the radio (you may change this choice in the future if you want)

Once you're finished, Triby will need one or two minutes to update.
