impossibility to associate the tracker with Sigfox network (November 30th / December 1st 2018)

Some users experienced some intermittent service failures on Friday evening and Saturday morning (November 30th / December 1st 2018).

We believe we fixed the bugs causing these issues. Users make try again to associate their tracker with their user account as we believe it should work smoothly now.
