It may happen that your tracker does not give you the necessary information about the points' ascent. This can be explained by:
A bad cover:
Check your network coverage, click here.
Be careful, hilly or mountainous areas do not allow an optimal use.
If you live in an area with little coverage, when your phone is close to the Tracker, it will go up the points normally but as soon as your phone moves away, it will no longer work. If you live in a covered area, you will receive positions according to your coverage, every 3, 5 or 10 minutes and you will only need Bluetooth to use the radar that will allow you to get closer to your tracker with great accuracy.
Battery problem :
Make sure your Tracker is well charged.
The place where you put your bike:
Signal transmission is often stopped when the tracker is in the basement or in a place that prevents transmission (waves do not pass through metal and stone houses)
If you are not in any of these situations please restart your tracker.
