How to contact support from the app (iOS)

If you are an Android user, please read this article.

If you are encountering issues or if you want to send feedback, you can do it directly from the mobile app.

Please follow this step to step guide:

  • Open the mobile app


  • Click on the icon located on the top right side


  • Click on "Feedback"


  • Select the subject and type your message


  • When you are done typing, click on "Send"


  • Your email will then be displayed on your smartphone, this will summarize your inquiry and some details linked to your user profile, then click "Send"


  • You will receive a confirmation by email
