Disruption of our services July 8th and 9th 2020
We are currently experiencing difficulties on our servers. All our teams are actively working to solve this problem.
The repercussions on the use of our services include:
- Server error 500 during installation (between July 8, 6 pm and July 9, 2 pm.)
- The tracker location is not updated in the Invoxia GPS application.
- The location takes time to update in the Invoxia GPS application.
- Battery level does not update in the application
- Lack of movement alert and zone alert
