You're in the wrong place!
Access to the tracker is made via the Invoxia GPS application, not from your phone's settings.
If the application is unable to detect the tracker, you can follow the following procedure:
1/ Restart your tracker by pressing and holding the button on the back for 5 to 10 seconds (small hollow).
2/ In the settings of your phone turn off then turn on your bluetooth (not from the widgets).
3/ Close the Invoxia GPS app completely then open it again.
If this does not work, switch off your phone, switch it back on and repeat the procedure.
